HOW TO RENT
  • Step 1: Enquiry
    Send your rental enquiry via call or WhatsApp with pickup and return dates and times. We will promptly provide availability and a price quote. Check the Time Slots (Rental-Period Calculation) for the item you want to rent out.
  • Step 2: Reservation
    We require minimum of 50% advance payment upon confirmation to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is due on the day of equipment pickup. No reservation or guarantee of availability is made without advance payment, so prompt payment is advised. We advise you to send photos of these original documents through WhatsApp before making the advance payment. Otherwise, at the time of pickup If the documents are not valid or you don't follow the rules, your booking will be canceled without a refund. Note: You can rent without reservation on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservation is advised to ensure availability. Advance payment for reservation is non-refundable, and rental dates cannot be rescheduled.
  • Step 3: KYC Verification & Profile Registration
    Renting from us is easy and secure. Provide three original ID proofs (as listed on our 'DOCUMENTATION' page). Upon arrival, we'll do a KYC verification and complete your registration. Your documents will be held as security until the equipment is returned. New clients should arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early for verification and registration. Contact us with any questions.
  • Step 4: Pickup
    After registering on our website, our team will generate your order and provide a demo of the equipment's condition. You must check the camera, lenses, batteries, memory cards, and accessories to ensure they are in working order. This check is your responsibility to avoid any issues during the rental period. Reserved clients pay any balance before collecting equipment. Walk-in clients pay 100% upfront. This ensures efficient service.
  • Step 5: Return
    Return all items and accessories on the agreed date and time. Our team will verify the condition of the items. If everything is in order, we will return your documents and close the order. This ensures the next customer receives well-maintained equipment.

Documentation
Customers are required to submit three original ID proofs (one from each category) here as a security deposit
Category 1: Identity Proof
  1. Aadhar (Latest Updated Original or Downloaded with QR Code)

Category 2: Local Address Proof (Hyderabad Residence)
For Own House Residents (Below any one having proper address)
  1. Electricity Bill (Present Month) - or

  2. Gas Bill (Present Month) - or

  3. Water Bill (Present Month)

For Tenants
  • Provide above any of the utility bills in the owner's name and the present month's Internet connection invoice in your name that matches the address on your owner's bill.

Category 3: Security Proof
  1. Vehicle RC (Chip based - Registered after 2018) 

  2. Passport (within validity)

  3. Driving License (Chip based - Registered after 2015)

Note: Proofs from all 3 categories are mandatory

Terms & Conditions for Documentation
  1. Mandatory Documentation: The documentation process is mandatory for both Registered and Unregistered clients.

  2. For New Unregistered Clients: We will conduct a House Verification or send the equipment with an assistant, based on your equipment requirements. This service is chargeable at a nominal fee.

  3. Original ID Proofs: Clients must provide three original ID proofs in the name of the person collecting the equipment. The rental order will not be handed to any other individual.

  4. ID Proofs of Different Individuals: We do not accept ID proofs from one individual (e.g., ‘Customer A’) submitted on behalf of another (e.g., ‘Customer B’). The individual collecting the product must submit their own documents.

  5. Validity of Documents: All provided documents must be valid at the time of the rental.

  6. Proof Requirement for Categories 2 & 3: One valid proof from each category is sufficient.

  7. Unacceptable ID Types: Laminated ID cards, digital soft copies, and duplicate PVC printed cards will not be accepted.

  8. Local Address Proof: Payment transaction receipts are not considered valid address proofs. Only the latest utility bills showing the correct address will be accepted.

  9. Local Documentation for Hyderabad Residents: Even if you are a Hyderabad resident with an Aadhar card showing your local address, category 2 documentation is still mandatory.

  10. Tourists and Visitors: For tourists or visitors, a local reference person with their ID proof and contact details will be required.

  11. Unacceptable ID Proofs for Service Category: PAN Card and Voter ID are not accepted for our service category as valid documents.

  12. Invalid or Non-compliant ID Proofs: We will not proceed with the rental if the provided ID proofs are invalid or do not meet our documentation requirements.

  13. Process Based on Legal & Police Department GuidanceOur documentation process is structured based on past experience and advice from the Police Department and our Legal Team.
